Our Story

This program takes students directly into the art world. Participants will visit major museums, contemporary galleries, artist studios, sculpture parks, and cultural institutions while learning how artists think, create, exhibit, and build careers. Each week combines art appreciation, creative discussion, and real-world exposure to professional artists and institutions.

Participants will experience:

Major museum visits such as the Guggenheim Museum, MoMA, the Whitney Museum, the Brooklyn Museum, Dia Beacon, and the Yale University Art Gallery.

Artist studio visits, meeting practicing artists and learning directly about process, materials, exhibitions, and careers.

Creative Exploration: Critical Observation, Group Discussion,

Cultural Discovery of architecture, public art, design, contemporary culture.

Weekly Schedule

Wednesday & Friday – Local Connecticut destinations

Tuesday–Thursday – Major museums and cultural institutions throughout New York and the Hudson Valley

 

Destinations vary weekly. No two weeks are identical.

Ages: 11–18

Group Size: Up to 6 students

Dates: June 29 – August 7, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

 

Tuition: $599 per week

Includes:

✓ Transportation during program hours

✓ 20$ museum's cafe cash

✓ Artist-led instruction
✓ Small-group experience (maximum 4 students)
